How do I use a support pillow?

under your zafu – to add extra height * (used flat or on its horizontal side) or to give a more forward angle

under your hands – as a hand support (when placed vertically between the knees)

under your knee – to fill the gap if it doesn’t reach the floor (try one for each knee)

under your head – as a travel-sized small sleeping pillow on retreat

between your low back and chair – as lumbar support when chair-sitting
